The payment link is only valid for a limited time. If it is not paid within this period, it automatically expires and can no longer be used. To complete your payment, please ask the service you are paying for a new link.
I already sent the payment — what now?
If you sent funds after the invoice expired, the payment will not be processed automatically.
Please contact the service you are paying and provide:
The blockchain transaction hash (transaction link)
The support team will review the transaction and advise on the next steps.
Important: Always ensure that you send funds using the correct currency and network specified on the payment page. Transactions sent via an incorrect network may not be recoverable.
