Exchanges in TXN
Exchanges in TXN allow you to convert one supported cryptocurrency into another directly within your account for instance, you can convert crypto to fiat and vice versa.
How exchanges work?
The exchange flow has two steps: creating a quote and confirming it.
When a quote is created, TXN provides a guaranteed exchange rate valid for 30 seconds. You must confirm the quote within this time; otherwise, it expires automatically.
Each completed exchange generates two transactions:
one debiting the account charged,
one crediting the account received.
Both transactions are visible in your account’s transaction history.
Balances are updated once the exchange is processed.
How to make an exchange?
Go to the Accounts section and select the Account with the currency you want to exchange.
Click Exchange.
Adjust the exchange details: choose the source account (From) and currency, as well as the target account (To) and currency.
Enter the Amount you want to exchange. You will see an estimated amount to be received, along with detailed information about the rate and fees.
Click Exchange and Confirm the operation within 30 seconds.
How to check the exchange?
You can return to the Account and open the Transactions history section. Click on the relevant exchange transaction to view its full details.
