What are Mass Payouts?
Mass Payouts allow you to send multiple crypto payments in one batch instead of creating payouts one by one.
They are designed for high-volume, repetitive payments and help reduce manual work while maintaining control and visibility.
Each entry in a Mass Payout is executed as an individual blockchain transaction, but managed together in one batch.
Do not use Mass Payouts when:
You need to send just one or two payments
Payment details change frequently
You need real-time manual control per transaction
For single payments, use Payouts instead.
Asset and network must match the recipient wallet exactly. Incorrect combinations may result in irreversible loss of funds.
How to create a Mass Payout?
Download the CSV template from the Mass Payouts page in your TXN account
Prepare a CSV file with payout details
Tip: Do not change column names or formatting.
Upload the completed CSV file to your TXN account
When uploading the file, pay your attention to the "Absorb fees" section
If FALSE, both Txn service and network fees are deducted from the transaction amount
If TRUE, both fees are deducted from your account balance instead
TXN validates all entries
Review and confirm the batch before processing
TXN executes the payouts automatically
If Approvals are enabled, the batch will wait for approval before execution.
Best practices
Test a new CSV with a small batch
Ensure your balance covers total amount + fees
Use Approvals for large batches
Blockchain transactions cannot be reversed once executed.
