What are Accounts on TXN?

Accounts represent your crypto and fiat balances held on the TXN platform. Each supported currency has its own dedicated account with its own balance and transaction history. Each crypto account can have multiple unique deposit addresses. Funds must be sent to these addresses using the correct blockchain network to be credited successfully.

How to use Accounts?

  1. Open Accounts

Go to Accounts in the main menu - You will see a list of all fiat and crypto accounts

  2. Review balances

Each account shows its available balance - Your total balance is also displayed in EUR for convenience

  3. View account details

Click on any currency to open it , you will see:

  4. Deposit or withdraw

Use the available actions to deposit funds or initiate a withdrawal with the chosen account

Common mistakes to avoid

  • Sending funds to the wrong network

  • Assuming all tokens on the same blockchain are interchangeable

Always confirm the asset and network before sharing a deposit address with a customer

Subaccounts allow you to separate balances and transactions within the same currency. Use them to have a full control and transparency over your funds without adding operational overhead.

  • Each currency has one Master Account

  • You can create unlimited Subaccounts per currency

  • Transactions affect only the selected account
